Refund Policy

1. Payments and billing

All payments on fliki.lol are processed by Stripe and are billed in advance. Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of every billing period until cancelled.

2. New subscriptions

If you subscribe for the first time and have not used more than a small portion of the credits included in that period, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the payment date.

3. Renewals

Renewal payments are refundable within 7 days of the charge if the credits for that period have not been used. Because credits are consumed immediately on generation, a period in which generations were run may be refunded in part or not at all, at our reasonable discretion.

4. Annual plans

Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused full months within 30 days of the payment date, less any discount already received for annual billing.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@fliki.lol from the Google address on your account with the Stripe receipt or invoice number and a short description of the issue. We respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

6. What is not refundable

• Credits that have already been spent on generations.
• Periods where the account was suspended for breaching our Terms of Service.
• Bank, currency conversion, or card network fees charged by your own provider.
• Requests made after cancelling and continuing to use the service for the remainder of the paid period.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without contacting support may result in suspension of the account while the dispute is investigated.

8. Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling stops future renewals and does not itself trigger a refund. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
