Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing fliki.lol you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

fliki.lol is an independent third-party website that provides an interface for turning text into videos with AI voices. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Fliki or any of its affiliates. All third-party product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Accounts

Access requires signing in with Google. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

3. Subscriptions, credits, and billing

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually. Each plan grants a fixed number of credits that refresh at the start of every billing period. Unused credits do not roll over unless a plan explicitly says otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.

• Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
• We may change prices for future billing periods with notice before your next renewal.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation, including any affiliation with Fliki.
• Generate content that sexualizes minors, incites violence, or harasses individuals.
• Bypass credit limits, rate limits, or access controls, or resell access without permission.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the site.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts, scripts, and media you submit, and you are responsible for having the rights to use them. You grant us the limited licence needed to process your content and operate the service.

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing generated videos before publishing or relying on them.

6. Commercial use

Paid plans include commercial usage rights for the videos you generate, subject to these terms and to any licence terms attached to third-party models or stock media used in a generation.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that exposes us or others to risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
